Zayna Ratty (She, Her) is an award winning LGBTQIA+, GSRD, Polyamory, Race & Ethnicity Hypno-Psychotherapist, presenter, podcast host, columnist and educator based in Oxfordshire, UK.

1st PoC Chair of Oxford Pride, former Chair of Oxford Friend, a Pink Therapy GSRD endorsed awareness trainer and Diversity & Equalities Officer at the National College of Hypnosis & Psychotherapy.

Zayna spends her time in private practice with clients from marginalised communities facilitating them to be organically inquisitive of authentic self in a safe space.

A passionate advocate of education, awareness and the reduction of fear around topics outside of the societal narrative, such as diaspora, misogynoir, relationship diversity, proxemics and code switching, she speaks out in a way of enabling the listener to understand and promote diversity of expression.

Stonewall PoC Role Model and 2 time LGBT+ Positive Role Model Award Nominee at the National Diversity Awards’s.

As a mental health columnist at OxMag and Fyne Times, she writes about life and how we can incorporate psychotherapeutic interventions to the betterment of every stage of our lives in easy to understand ways.

Zayna’s charity, diversity consulting work and private therapeutic practice explore how race, gender, sexuality and relationship diversity create a prism of intersecting identities.
