Colin Druhan is a Canadian business strategist with more than fifteen years of experience working with queer and trans communities. He is the Executive Director of Pride at Work Canada, an organization that empowers workplaces to celebrate all employees regardless of their gender expression, gender identity and sexual orientation. In 2019 Colin was the youngest person ever named a finalist for the Canadian LGBT+ Chamber of Commerce’s Business Leader of the Year Award. A long time proponent of public service, he is Vice Chair of Volunteer Toronto, Canada’s largest volunteer centre, and acts as a mentor whenever he can. Colin is proud to be a Pride 365 Champion because he believes that employers should do their part to end the marginalization of queer and trans people, not profit from it.
