The Pride 365 Assessment Tool is the natural progression for any organisation that wants to know what they are doing right, wrong and can improve upon in their journey towards true inclusion.

The Assessment is a free to use tool to be able to get an understanding of how close you are to a transparent meritocracy, one that puts people first and ask the tough questions. If you want to become Certified then you will also have to circulate the Inclusion Assessment Tool around your organization as well as subject yourself to strict vetting and be approved by a dedicated analyst.
